2002-2003 Activities

 

·         IPRT holds a a lessons learned seminar for the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives 
 

·         IPRT concludes
a continuing education course for members of parliament and senior civil servants 
 
 

·         In April 2003, IPRT began the publication of "Xog Warran" a monthly legislative bulletin for the House of Representatives. The Institute also a completed a capacity-building project for the House's resource center.

·         Rashid Garuf Comments on  the Somaliland Exhibition at the US Congress
