SAMO-TALIS

Samo-Talis, The Somaliland Coalition of Human Rights Organizations, is now affiliated with IPRT.  IPRT provides offices and staff to Samo-Talis and helps produce human rights publications that Samo-talis is producing to further human rights in Somaliland and the Horn of Africa.  Samo-Talis, with funding assistance from ICD, now produces a quarterly human rights newsletter, brochures and pamphlets on human rights in Somaliland, and will soon publish a full-length book on human rights and civics to be used in Somaliland's school system.  These publications will be available on-line at www.iprt/Samotalis.    Below is a list of the Board of Directors of Samo-Talis:
